Physiotherapy treatment will often involve mobilising, manipulating and/or stretching the parts of you that are affected, with a view to aid the healing process and to get you better. Your physiotherapist will devise a programme tailored to your needs, in order to promote as much self-management to complement the hands on therapy you receive during the session.

Feel free to view our self-help info sheets to get you going. If you’re still unsure, contact us or Book an Appointment and we’ll get started on managing your problems.
