Pilates
We offer small personal Pilates classes that are ideal if you are recovering from an injury, or if you want to improve your fitness, posture and wellbeing.
Our tutors’ are very experienced in their field and will ensure that your classes are fun, well balanced and specific to your goals.
We also offer 1-1 classes to enable you to develop your skills quickly alongside your recovery. These are taught by Chartered Physiotherapists with advanced training in Pilates
Pilates
Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilate’s exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. A mix of floor work with mats and some work in standing. Mats are provided or you can bring your own.
Who can do them?
These classes are aimed at a wide range of people. As you will have very personal tutoring, each class can be specific to you. We run classes for people with back pain, pre and post natal classes and classes just for men
