A New Approach to a Healthy Workforce
The tried and tested TEAMWORK process is designed to give the employer control over the costs it incurs when dealing with employee ill health and absence.
Ulimately its role will be to deliver a preventative health strategy for employers.
In the short to medium term, the TEAMWORK service will assess and treat current problems – either with employees who are absent or those who are in work but are not productive due to health problems.
Are you working together?
As an employer you have spent a great deal of time and money in recruiting and training your staff and when surveyed (CIPD absence 2009) nearly all employees who have reported absence state that they would rather be in work and working than absent and unwell.
This is good news for the employer as your staff will work with you to enable them to promptly get back to work. TEAMWORK is the facilitator in this process.
